Negotiation and contract
We negotiate with both parties and close the contract: price, quality, volume, shipment and payment, with clear rules from the start.

Agricultural commodity intermediation and advisory, focused on cotton. From contract to shipment, between those who grow and those who buy.
01 About
Solo Commodities is an independent agricultural commodity intermediation and advisory house based in Lucas do Rio Verde, Mato Grosso, Brazil. It draws on years of origination along the BR-163 corridor, negotiation with spinning mills and trading houses, and exchange hedging.
We don't buy, we don't sell, and we take no positions. Our job is to make the deal happen the right way for both sides, and to see it through to the end.
02 What we do
We negotiate with both parties and close the contract: price, quality, volume, shipment and payment, with clear rules from the start.
We organize cotton lots according to the contract and coordinate freight and shipment, for the domestic market and for export.
We organize invoices and documents and deliver a consolidated summary of each contract, through the final delivery.
When the deal calls for it, we support the price-protection structure (futures, options, basis and FX), always tied to the physical contract and as part of the service.
03 How it works
Every deal follows the same path, and Solo is there at every stage. It negotiates, formalizes, organizes the lots, coordinates shipment, and steps out only when invoicing closes.
04 Who we serve
Growers in Mato Grosso who want to sell well and see the cargo leave. Spinning mills in Brazil that need cotton at the agreed quality and on the agreed schedule. Buyers abroad looking for a partner at origin. What unites all three is the same interest: a well-made contract, fulfilled to the end.
